“Jawabi” and Switzerland’s Sulzer Sign Investment Agreement at Misurata Free Zone

In a significant development at the Misurata Free Zone (MFZ), an investment agreement was signed today between “Jawabi,” one of the Zone’s investors, and Switzerland-based Sulzer Ltd, a leading industrial engineering and manufacturing company. The signing was attended by the Port’s General Manager, Eng. Abdulmola Abulwefa, along with the Directors of Investment, Marketing, and Cooperation, Eng. Wissam Abulifa and Eng. Aladdin Baba.

Founded in 1834 and headquartered in Switzerland, Sulzer is recognized globally for its advanced technologies in fluid processing, as well as the production of pumps, agitators, compressors, and filtration systems. These solutions serve a wide range of industries, including oil and gas, water, energy, and chemicals.
