Partnership with Penta to implement a 25 MW solar power plant in the Misurata Free Zone

Misurata Free Zone held a meeting with a delegation from Penta, a company specializing in solar energy projects, attended by General Manager Eng. Ayman Al-Darwish and a number of department managers, along with Ms. Deborah Lynn Hurst, the company's general manager.

During the meeting, the company reviewed its investment plan to establish a 25-MW solar power plant within the free zone, with implementation of the project set to begin soon, as part of a strategic partnership aimed at supporting the move towards a green port and promoting alternative energy projects.

It is worth noting that Penta is a promising American-managed company that has previously implemented a number of renewable energy projects in partnership with leading solar energy equipment manufacturers in the United States and the Middle East.
