In order to improve the capacity of the old hoods of the grain silo in the port of Misurata Free Zone, having been ceased work since February 2020, a conveyor belt for grain from the ship to the silo was installed and operated on Tuesday, 16/03/2021, temporarily before installing the modern straws in future. This conveyer belt transports 300 tons per hour and can operate 24 continuous hours when needed.
