On Sunday (19/11/2017), the constitutive general assembly meeting of Lipmar Holding Company (FZE) was held at the headquarters of the Misurata Free Zone Administration, in the presence of Dr. AL-Hussein Bin Ahmeida (Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Misurata Free Zone) and Mr. Mohamed Bin Saleh (Chairman of the Board of Directors of Holmarcom Holding Group). A decision was made in this meeting to establish a joint company for grain technology under the name of Lipmar Holding Company (FZE), belonging to Misurata Free Zone and Yellowrock Company, a subsidiary of the Holmarcom Group.
