  • Since 2020, Eng. Muhsin M Sigutri has been leading the Misurata Free Zone.
  • Academic Excellence: He earned a Bachelor's degree in Electromechanical Engineering from Misrata University (1997) and a Master's degree in Control Engineering from the University of Sheffield in the United Kingdom (2001).
  • Extensive Experience: With over two decades of administrative experience, he has held influential leadership roles, consistently demonstrating professionalism and innovation.
  • Strategic Contributions: He has played a pivotal role in establishing strategic partnerships with international institutions, which have driven advancements in investment and logistics within the free zone.

  • Since 2020, Eng. Ayman H. Al-Darwish has been steering the strategic vision of Misurata Free Zone as its General Manager.
  • Strategic Contributions: Under his leadership, Misurata Free Zone has become a beacon for innovation and excellence. He has spearheaded groundbreaking initiatives, elevating the zone’s global competitiveness and strengthening its reputation as a hub for sustainable and strategic investment.
  • Academic Excellence: Eng. Ayman holds a distinguished academic record, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Al-Merqab University in 2002. He further honed his expertise with a Project Management Diploma from Alexandria University in 2013 and a Master's in Quality Management from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology, and Maritime Transport (AASTMT) in 2018.
