On Monday, December 19, 2016, a memorandum of understanding was signed between Misurata Free Zone and Yellowrock, a subsidiary of the Hall Marcom Group, based in Casablanca, the Kingdom of Morocco, to establish a joint company in the field of grain industry and technology. The first phase includes the construction of a grain silo of 60 thousand tons in capacity and all accessories as well as an industrial complex and facilities. This will take place immediately after finalizing the documents within the first quarter of 2017.
