A memorandum of understanding was signed between Misurata Free Zone and the Korean Hyundai Company, entrusting Hyundai with publicizing the free zone and promoting investment activities. The aim the agreement was to attract investors from the State of South Korea to invest within Misurata Free Zone according to the scope of activities therein and to benefit from the advantages and exemptions that are available in Misurata Free Zone and the seaport.
