Based on the role of the Quality Office in spreading the culture of the quality management system, and in the context of preparing to apply quality systems and obtain ISO 9001, a lecture entitled (A Quality Management System and ISO 9001) was implemented. The lecture was delivered by Mr. Salah El-Din Shalabi, a specialist and consultant in quality systems and training. The meeting was opened by the General Director, Mr. Ayman Al-Darwish, and in the presence of the Director of the Quality Office and a number of department directors and staff.
Subsequently to the lecture, two students (Abdulmajeed Dandouna and Muhamed Al-Sariti) presented the results of their graduation project to obtain a bachelor’s degree. The project entitled (Planning and Scheduling Preventive Maintenance and the Impact of Using Deming’s Quality Model on Improving Maintenance Management; A Case Study of Misurata Free Zone)
